Copyright and intellectual property
The Crowd Whisper platform and all content on it, including texts, concepts, strategies, examples, formats, symbols and visual elements, are created by CrowdCows B.V. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or edit this content outside your own event without written permission from CrowdCows B.V.
Your feedback and ideas
We'd love to hear what you think of the platform, and we genuinely use your ideas to improve it. By sharing feedback or ideas with us, you grant CrowdCows B.V. permission to use them freely for the further development of the platform, without any obligation or compensation. Your own knowledge and work remain yours; this is about the suggestions you give us.
Accurate details
We run an open platform and work on the basis of trust. Accounts created with details that are not filled in truthfully may be removed from the platform.
Access and licence
A trial account lets you explore the platform and prepare content. The rendered output (videos, handbook and downloads) is unlocked with the Content package. A licence applies per event edition; after that, access to the generated content ends. The full terms are in the handbook that comes with your package.
Privacy and typeface
We only use your details to make the platform work: your account, your organisation and your events. The platform's typeface (Degular) is loaded through Adobe Fonts. Adobe receives your IP address when it does, as with any website that loads a typeface from another server. Adobe uses it to deliver the typeface and processes it under its own privacy policy.
